Troubleshooting electronic woes : Diagnose and resolve customer issues with laptops, watches, earbuds, speakers, TVs, and mobile devices.
Mastering multiple channels : Be a communication whiz, assisting customers via live chat, phone calls, and email.
Qualifications & experience
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field
Possess a strong understanding of electronics, especially mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart wearables, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Mandarin & English.
Experience with mobile devices, computers, or related fields is a plus.
