IT Infrastructure Specialist

We specialize in manufacturing and serving as a strategic partner for one of the world’s largest athletic apparel companies. SIG mainly exports its products to international markets such as the USA, European Countries, South America, China, Japan, Mexico, Australia and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management & Support : Maintain, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, storage, and cloud services to ensure stability, performance, and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize business disruption. Plan, configure, and deploy new infrastructure solutions (hardware, software, and cloud-based services) in line with business requirements. Perform regular upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning to keep systems current and scalable.
• Security & Compliance : Implement and enforce infrastructure security measures, including firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, and access controls. Support IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements (e.g., audits, policies, and industry standards). Work closely with application, cybersecurity, and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth integration of systems. Provide technical guidance and support to internal users and project teams.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and best practices to improve infrastructure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. Lead or participate in infrastructure-related projects to support business growth and digital transformation.
