Responsibilities

  • Develop calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science.
  • Use statistics to analyze measurement standards and processes.
  • Evaluate and develop measurement uncertainty.
  • Redesign or improve measurement capability.
  • Develop calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science.
  • Analyze and solve measurement problems.
  • May develop software to assist in calibration laboratory and / or departmental processes.
  • Maintain calibration laboratory and / or quality systems.
  • Improve calibration processes using Lean approaches.
  • Provide training to calibration technicians.

Qualifications

  • Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent from an accredited engineering program.
  • With strong problem solving skills and able to provide engineering judgment in issue or data analysis.
  • Possesses great interpersonal skill and relationship management skill to gain the support from different groups.
  • Possesses the passion in continuous learning and exploring new knowledge.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of written or spoken English.
  • Able to work independently.
