Job Description

  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high-quality service standards. Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Collect feedback and implement improvements based on guest insights.
  • Plan and execute special events, coordinating logistics and managing budgets.
  • Supervise VIP services, ensuring top-notch experiences with special access to attractions, dining, and events.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot any concerns.
  • Align VIP and event strategies with park goals, collaborating with IT and vendors.
  • Maintain clear communication with guests and team members.
  • Provide regular updates for management review.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry, specifically within Hospitality & Leisure.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in hospitality, business, or a related field.
