Ental has been retained to support an established aviation engineering organisation that is looking to appoint a team of MRO technicians, engineers and managers to be part of its pioneering engine component repair operations overseas. This role is well‑suited for senior professionals with deep technical expertise in engine component repair and a proven track record in managing workshop performance, quality, and turnaround times.

Your New Role

As the MRO Engineer, you will be responsible for the full operational performance of the repair line. Your key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing day‑to‑day workshop operations to ensure production continuity and efficiency
• Managing repair workflows and maintaining compliance with customer turnaround time (TAT) and quality requirements
• Providing operational insights to support annual budget planning (opex and capex)
• Implementing and monitoring the unit’s expenditure budgets to ensure effective resource utilisation
• Leading, guiding, and developing a team of direct reports, including problem‑solving and approval of HR‑related matters
• Ensuring all processes and repair activities meet regulatory and safety standards
