Staff / Senior R&D Project Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate technical trade‑offs and decision‑making processes to meet project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
• Conduct and lead project meetings to maintain alignment and momentum across teams.
• Work with R&D team members and product planning team on both project and product life cycle management.
• Manage continuous improvement, cost savings, hardware revision projects until product goes EOL.
• Develop EOL component strategy for product life cycle planning.
• Responsible for execution such as Agile ECO / MCO, Phase‑out notice, prototype build & MVR (Manufacturing Verification Readiness).
• Develop positive teamwork and facilitate team collaboration across multiple functions.
• Work across groups globally to align effort & expectation.
