Role Overview

As Partnership Director, you will grow Insider’s business in APAC by building and managing commercial relationships with technology partners, including ISVs such as AWS, Meta, Shopify, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Insider’s Sales & Customer Success teams on joint value proposition and partner enablement.
  • Generate pipeline through referrals and co‑selling with partners.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success to execute go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Manage partner business plans, develop joint value proposition with product teams.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline management for selected partners.
  • Partner with field marketing for co‑marketing activities and event participation.
  • Continuously improve partnership practice and expand partner portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BS / BA degree required.
  • 10+ years of partner sales and business development experience.
  • Prior leadership in SaaS with managing ISV relationships.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with channel partners.
  • Strong analytical and solution‑selling skills.
  • Experience creating high‑quality customer‑facing content.
  • Excellent project management.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS; marketing‑technology preferred.
