About Our Client

Our client is a well-established large organization known for its global presence and commitment to operational excellence. They are dedicated to fostering innovation and efficiency in their accounting and finance operations to support business growth.

Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including trial balance preparation and variance analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP, internal controls, and support internal / external audits.
  • Provide data for tax and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Accountant should have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
