Site Admin

We are seeking an experienced and organised Site Admin to join our team at Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our construction site operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain accurate records, files and documentation related to the construction project
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and site visits for the project management team
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and information exchange
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other project-related materials
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies
• Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and process improvements
