Reporting to the Manager, Talent Business Partner, EM, Malaysia & Singapore, you will assist business leadership team to implement our people agenda.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities :

Learning & Talent Management

• Identify training and learning needs with the business and Talent Business Partners to build compelling employee upskilling programs and learning calendar.
• Manage in full autonomy the HR Development Fund applications and claims to ensure compliance with HRDF regulations and processes.
• Support the roll‑out of enterprise talent and project work (support in talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management process).
• Partner with our business leaders to drive action planning following our Employee Engagement surveys, monitor progress and feedback post actions completion.
• Drive our leaders in building a culture of learning and recognition at KimberlyClark through roll‑out of specific activities (e.g. Recognition quarterly program).
