Job Description

Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.

Keeping the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.

Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal.

Liase with supplier / vendor / contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior

Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date

Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor and contractor

Communicate with client / owner / end use effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement.

Plan, coordinate and compile engineering design work with client / designer / consultant / contractor

Engineering drawing preparation

Prepare site progress report as per project requirement.

Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work

Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.

Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws

Prepare handover documents once the project completion.

Job Requirements

Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent

Preferrable with 1-2 years of construction line working experience

Have experience in project sites

Able to work with minimum supervision
