  • What You Will Do

Acts as on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to fully implement and complete projects within or improve the allocated gross margin (%GM) by optimizing resources. Coordinates communication with customers and subcontractors during all project phases.

  • How You Will Do It
  • Designs Security System and other ELV Systems such as BMS, Intercom, etc.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customers to ensure active engagement, quick responses, profitability, and timely payments.
  • Communicates externally with customers, consultants, general contractors, supervision, design institutes, and other construction units; manages site activities to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborates internally with sales, engineering, procurement, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Prepares project documentation including reports, project plans, technical documents, material submissions, drawings, and OMM.
  • Participates in regular project meetings; manages work schedules and reports progress regularly.
  • Monitors project costs to ensure timely completion within budget, contractual, and safety standards.
  • Manages submission of progress claims and invoicing.
  • Orders materials according to the Project BOM and monitors delivery schedules.
  • Implements safety measures to ensure safe work practices.
  • Performs system configuration, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
  • Handover to the service team upon project completion.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 3 years of experience in construction or building technologies industries, especially in project management related to Security or ELV Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
