US Medical Device Company are looking for a Sales Manager for Malaysia-Cardiac Surgery

Major Accountabilities

• Manage all the operations in the assigned country taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets;
• Be responsible for overall business growing in the region(s), included but not limited :
• Drive the sales growing in the region(s) continuously; Lead sales to participate / prepare the bidding affairs; Provide market analysis and help line manager to make the right business strategy;
• Demonstrate personal leadership : The Sales Manager is the face of the company at the country level, leading by example and being a visible and well-aligned presence for the organization’s objectives are key aspects of the job;
• Strike a balance between company and local needs in a way that is aligned with the organization’s ultimate success;
• Accomplish other assigned tasks by line managers.
