Professional Services Engineer (Business cum System Analyst)

Penerangan pekerjaanMaster the JurisTech Studio Designer Suite (low code / no code proprietary framework) and be a subject matter expert on banking workflow processes and guide banking users to achieve optimum efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders by facilitating discovery sessions (UR) to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into workflow diagrams, with detailed functional and technical specifications for system design and development. Configure Juris software on a non-programming level according to the captured requirements of the banks (SQL skill trainings shall be provided) Facilitate and execute testing sessions (UAT) and work alongside programmers for rapid and full resolution of UAT defects. Develop, design, test, and resolve bugs and defects to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Report tests, test coverage, and document test results during execution. Support the development and delivery of user training and support materials to facilitate smooth system adoption. High performers shall be groomed on the JurisTech methods of project management processes and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Diploma in FinTech / Computer Science / Information Technology / Financial Engineering / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or a related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in Structured Query Language (SQL), PHP, PL / SQL, or possessing knowledge in financial loan processing and credit management is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent command of English. 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in the banking, financial services, or telecommunications industry. Basic experience with system design, development, and testing methodologies. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
