Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end performance testing services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Design, plan, execute, and report performance testing using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts, scenarios, and test data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect non-functional requirements and define performance test cases.
• Provide frequent performance testing updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive clear reporting.
• Review and obtain sign-off for test strategies, test plans, and other related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methods, and governance requirements, including health checks and audits.
• Mentor and guide junior performance testing resources within the team.
• Participate in forums to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and testing transformation.
• Collaborate across multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and ownership.
