Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong inter-personal skills, energetic, and self-starting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM systems. Randstad has recently partnered with a software company from Singapore that provides Transport Management Software. They are looking to hire an enterprise sales executive to be remotely based in Malaysia.
about the job
- Identify, engage and close new enterprise clients across targeted industries and regions.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Write and lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling, client-focused proposals.
- Deliver impactful, customised product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand clients' strategic priorities, map their needs to our SaaS capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leads, and business decision-makers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report key metrics using CRM tools.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and positioning.
