Job title : CONTROLS VISION TECHNICIAN

Summary / Objective

Support, repair, and update electrical controls and vision inspection systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production by troubleshooting and repairing automated controls.
• Startup, debug, qualify, and support controls install / upgrade on new and existing automated equipment.
• Make program and hardware modifications / updates on automated control systems.
• Field wire panels and equipment and make updates to electrical schematics as needed
• Program motion controllers, PLCs, operator interfaces, robotics, and servo drives.
• Support and maintain image processing hardware and programs using Windows-based PC systems.
• Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for reported issues on local production systems and tools.
