Job Description
- Create planograms that optimize product visibility, accessibility, and compliance with pharma standards.
- Align product placement with pharmaceutical regulations, safety requirements, and company guidelines.
- Use sales data and consumer insights to position high-demand or high-margin products strategically.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and retail operations to align shelf strategies with promotions and inventory.
- Standardize product presentation across multiple pharmacy locations for a uniform customer experience.
- Track sales trends, customer feedback, and seasonal demand to update planograms regularly.
- Provide guidance to pharmacy teams on executing planograms correctly and maintaining compliance.
- Generate insights on planogram effectiveness, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 6 years of experience in planogram management, merchandising, or space planning within pharma or FMCG.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical retail regulations and compliance requirements.Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into effective shelf strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.Adaptable and proactive in responding to market trends, seasonal demand, and new product launches.What’s On Offer
