Manager, Travel Services & Products – Lead a team to curate and onboard strategic travel‑related products and merchants into the airline’s travel services ecosystem. The role ensures a diverse, high‑quality, commercially viable range of services—including ground transportation, tours, activities, travel insurance, and other ancillary products—that enhance the customer journey and drive ancillary revenue. As the primary decision‑maker in merchant selection and partnership management, the Manager identifies opportunities, negotiates agreements, and oversees seamless integration of travel services while optimizing commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Product & Merchant Selection
- Lead the team in identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships with merchants that align with the airline's travel services strategy.
- Ensure a diverse and high‑quality portfolio of products and services for customers.
Commercial & Revenue Growth
Develop partnership models to drive ancillary revenue, ensure competitive pricing, and maximize profitability.Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.Vendor & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchants, ensuring ongoing performance monitoring and service quality.Act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring collaboration.Customer‑Centric Approach
Curate a relevant product portfolio based on market trends and customer needs; continuously evaluate and refine offerings to stay ahead of competitors and meet traveler demands.Integration & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new services seamlessly into the airline’s platforms.Ensure smooth product execution across digital channels and operational workflows.Team Leadership & Strategy
