Overview

GP Outsourcing Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking Mandarin or Cantonese interpreters for real-time interpretation to support calls across critical industries such as healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services. This is a remote role and the company operates in multiple regions including Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Position

English to Mandarin or Cantonese interpretation. Type : Full-Time, Work From Home (WFH). Shift : Night Shift.

Location

Remote from Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range : RM4800 - RM8600 per month (30 RM per productivity hour)
  • Incentives : Up to RM3000
  • Internet Claims

  • 3 weeks of apprenticeship to learn terminology used in the call industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time interpretation for calls across critical industries including healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services.

    • Requirements

  • Proficiency in two languages, including English and Mandarin or English and Cantonese
  • No prior interpreter experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
