Responsibilities

Acquire new business focusing on Primary Focus : mortgage, salary financing; Secondary Focus : credit protection and credit card. Responsible for sales fulfilment on Mortgage and Salary Financing. Participate in all sales and marketing activities (e.g., property launches, seminar selling, pocket talks, payroll and product launches). Emphasize the focus products (mortgage and salary financing) by identifying customers’ needs while maintaining strong relationships between Maybank and customers. Deliver the strategic intent for mortgage and salary financing (target segment, mortgage portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital and credit protection). Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with referrals from lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, property valuers, payroll companies, selected GLCs, etc. Perform consistently in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Adhere to compliance and internal bank policies. Requirements

Fresh Graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply. Minimum Diploma holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills and a team player. Good communication skills in engaging with all parties. Able to work under pressure and results oriented. High self-confidence, energetic, and pleasant personality. Excellence in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Seniority level
