Penerangan pekerjaanSend reminders and onboarding emails before the class (automated + manual where needed) Act as the point of contact for WhatsApp group coordination or Telegram community check-ins Collect and compile participant feedback; prepare a short debrief or satisfaction report Update CRM with attendance and course data Call the company’s database (leads provided) and ensure conversion via ticket purchases to our events Daily calls are to be made with minimum calls required Track sales calls via logs (template provided) Love organizing, planning, and ticking things off a checklist Can communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of all levels Enjoy helping others feel heard, cared for, and supportedAre comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Experience with HRD Corp training claims or corporate training coordination Familiarity with LMS tools A passion for financial literacy, women’s empowerment, or Islamic values Purpose-driven work that impacts thousands of women Direct mentorship and growth opportunities as we scale Early team perks and potential for permanent leadership role
We're looking for a detail-obsessed, people-savvy Program & Sales Coordinator to ensure our participants—whether they’re SMEs, corporate HR clients or women joining our masterclasses—have a smooth, delightful, and impactful learning experience. You’ll be the key liaison between the participants, the trainer, and our backend systems.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and cares deeply about creating meaningful educational journeys. You’ll help us scale by taking admin work off the founder’s plate, ensuring clients keep coming back and recommending us.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Prepare Zoom links, registration forms, class attendance sheets, and HRD Corp-compliant documents
- Monitor real-time attendance and troubleshoot participant issues during sessions
- Follow up with participants post-class for feedback, testimonials, or certificate collection
- Coordinate schedules between trainers, corporate clients, and vendors
- Other ad hoc scope as and when required to ensure smooth operations of our programs
