Responsibilities :
Handle administrative duties such as arranging meetings, filing, updating records, managing mail, preparing training equipment, and communicating with team members on various projects.
Support Customer Service / Success, Customer Relations, and related functions.
Assist with HR matters including internal hiring, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employer branding.
Perform a variety of private and sensitive secretarial, administrative, or executive support tasks.
Support go-to-market activities to ensure successful launches and business growth.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks, projects, and confidential matters as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin due to stakeholder management needs.
Good communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm.
Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential matters.
