Assistant Lab Technician

Overview

Performing the onshore laboratory testing, data logging and subsequent sample handling and packaging. Assist Lab Technician on day-to-day management of the onshore laboratory. Responsible for updating the laboratory inventory and cleanliness of the laboratory and apparatus. Assist in servicing and calibration of laboratory testing equipment / apparatus.

Fresh graduates or preferably with 2 years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering, construction, geological works or related role

Abilities and knowledge

• Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
• Knowledge of relevant technical field and industry standards
• Being reliable and consistently delivering quality work
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
