Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Acquisition Modeling
Map paid / organic acquisition channels and user conversion paths;
Design real-time automated dashboards for performance monitoring.
Data-Ops & SOP Leadership
Establish data-driven SOPs for key workflows (campaigns, activation, retention);
Drive cross-functional implementation and continuous optimization.
Finance-Integrated Analysis
Conduct ROI / LTV-based cohort analysis to identify high-value user segments;
Deliver acquisition source reports with resource allocation recommendations.
Growth Strategy Formulation
Produce commercial insights reports via trend forecasting & attribution modeling;
Mandatory Requirements
Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree or higher;
2-3 years in growth analytics at internet giants / fintech / Crypto exchanges.
Technical Expertise
Mastery of attribution models (Last-Click, MTA, etc.) and channel evaluation frameworks;
