Plan and execute marketing strategies that achieve business objectives across multiple channels including paid media, owned media, and earned media.Coordinate and manage integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within the allocated budget.Provide strategic direction to internal teams and advise senior management on marketing and branding matters.Work closely with senior management to develop long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business direction.Write and edit marketing content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), websites, promotional emails, service catalogues, and other communication materials.Oversee the production of visual content such as videos, photos, reels, and graphics — especially daily shoots at the workshop, customer car reviews, service information, and continental car care tips.Fully manage TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts — from scheduling, scripting, filming, video editing to engagement performance reporting.Creatively and consistently produce short-form and long-form video content based on real situations at the workshop, including engine servicing, overhauls, ECU diagnostics, and more.Establish and manage active engagement with social media followers — including replying to comments, direct messages, and service / price / appointment enquiries.Build partnerships with automotive influencers, TikTok creators, and corporate partners to expand brand reach.Develop promotional activities such as giveaways, referral rewards, and lucky draws to increase engagement and customer retention.Prepare monthly reports on digital campaign performance, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, leads, and ROI.Manage paid digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads & Google Ads) — including strategy, budgeting, and results reporting.Build and maintain the "Continental Car Specialist" brand image through consistent branding across all marketing channels, including uniforms, signboards, posters, and company vehicles.Oversee physical location marketing : banner installation, flyer distribution in nearby areas, collaboration with accessory shops, car washes, and local communities.Assist in managing events such as automotive podcasts, workshop open days, or CSR activities to strengthen relationships with the community and local customers.Monitor trends in automotive digital marketing — including the use of AI tools, ChatGPT for writing, Canva Pro, Capcut, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Creator Center to enhance campaign effectiveness.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
