WAITER / WAITRESS

We are looking for passionate individuals in F&B and hospitality to be part of our Culinary and Service Team in Golf Arena, our latest venture to incorporate great food & drinks and exceptional service into the golfing experience. As the leading golf service provider in the region, we aim to provide a total dining and playing experience to our patrons. Due to our rapid growth plan, we are actively seeking the right candidates to start a rewarding career & grow with us. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for our new outlet with a Restaurant, Champagne Bar, Sports Bar, and indoor golf driving range.

Ensures all customers have a positive experience at the restaurants and bars by exhibiting excellent customer service.

Responsible for coordinating all actions involving customers, such as welcoming guests, seating, taking their orders, providing detailed information on the menus, serving food & beverages to the respective tables and performing financial transactions (posting of orders and cashiering).

Multi-tasking of various front and back of the house duties, such as keeping the outlet clean, cleaning and sanitising of work areas, seating areas, utensils, and equipment.

Communicates with other team members and the kitchen about orders and special guest requests.

Requirements :

Outlets : MST Golf Arena, Gurney Paragon Mall.

Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School, SPM or STPM

1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the F&B will be added advantage

Able to speak in English

School leavers / fresh graduates / internships are encouraged to apply
