Job Summary

We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Malaysia team! In this role, you will focus on developing new B2B logistics clients while enjoying a supportive, no-politics environment. You’ll work independently to grow your customer base but also collaborate with colleagues and managers who are here to guide you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new B2B logistics customers (freight forwarding & supply chain solutions).
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and present winning logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts & pricing to secure long-term customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong client connections, ensuring smooth service and on-time payments.
  • Work closely with Operations & Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Join team building, networking, and industry events to build your network and skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales (2–3 years preferred).
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, International Trade, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is highly valued for Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Strong customer understanding with a consultative selling approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent in building pipelines.
