Sales Executive - Logistics B2B

Job descriptionMinimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales (2–3 years preferred). Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, International Trade, or related fields is a plus. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is highly valued for Mandarin-speaking clients). Strong customer understanding with a consultative selling approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent in building pipelines. Be part of a growing company with local and international partners. Supportive team culture — no politics, no micromanagement, just teamwork and results. Basic salary + allowances (not deducted even if commission target not hit) + attractive commission scheme. Monthly salary credited before the 1st of every month. Annual leave (8 days and above) + medical benefits after confirmation. Mileage claims for outdoor sales + company phone number provided. Work-life balance : Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm (no OT culture). Regular team building every 3–4 months (badminton, bowling, dinners, celebrations). Job Summary
We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Malaysia team! In this role, you will focus on developing new B2B logistics clients while enjoying a supportive, no-politics environment. You’ll work independently to grow your customer base but also collaborate with colleagues and managers who are here to guide you.
This is the perfect opportunity if you’re hungry to succeed in logistics sales, want to build strong client relationships, and are ready to grow your income with a rewarding commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new B2B logistics customers (freight forwarding & supply chain solutions).
- Meet clients, understand their needs, and present winning logistics solutions.
- Negotiate contracts & pricing to secure long-term customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong client connections, ensuring smooth service and on-time payments.
- Work closely with Operations & Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Join team building, networking, and industry events to build your network and skills.
