Good organizational skills Sense of responsibility, integrity and ability to handle confidential matters. Excellent functional knowledge and skills in Microsoft applications, e.g., Excel. Candidates must be resident in Malaysia, or have the right to work in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the Finance and Account Department.
- Responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to be carried out smoothly.
- Manage and prepare full set of accounts.
- Manage key transaction work streams including direct liaison with regional work.
- Prepare financial budget, cash flow forecast, analyses and monthly financial reports to Management.
- Monitor and prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance, especially in timely collections of audit fees.
- Liaise with external auditor and Mazars Tax Expertise regarding annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
- Assist with ad-hoc work as required.
