TECHNICAL SALES COORDINATOR (INDOOR)

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team and customers by managing office-related sales tasks, including follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, orders, phone calls, emails, and customer meetings.
- Order Coordination : Verify product or service availability and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to finalize confirmed orders.
- Prepare a service order checklist and collaborate with other departments to ensure clear communication of customers' confirmed orders.
- Payment Follow-Up : Work with accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Efficient Response : Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests.
