Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

• 3-6 years of proven experience in 360 recruitment with expertise hiring non-technical positions
• Experience with candidates hard and soft skills assessment
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, sourcing strategies and market best practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage hiring team
• Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation : ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
• Adaptability, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details with a focus on delivering a candidate-centred experience

Will be a plus

• Expertise hiring on international markets
• Experience conducting competency based interviewing, or using STAR, PARLA methodologies
