QC Inspector

Overview

Inspect incoming materials , in-process components , and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform visual and dimensional checks and dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.

Accurately record inspection findings on quality check sheets and maintain proper documentation and traceability.

Report and follow up on defects, rejections, or any quality issues.

Work closely with Production and QA teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.

Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and other quality-related assessments.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to processes or procedures.
