Are you an experienced telesales professional with the ability to lead a team towards achieving big targets? If YES, this is the opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of telemarketers.
- Plan call strategies & sales scripts, including preparing modules and scripts for the telemarketing team.
- Ensure KPI and sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct continuous coaching, training, and guidance for the team.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reports.
Requirements :
Salary : RM attractive incentives
