Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of telemarketers.
• Plan call strategies & sales scripts, including preparing modules and scripts for the telemarketing team.
• Ensure KPI and sales targets are consistently achieved.
• Conduct continuous coaching, training, and guidance for the team.
• Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reports.

Requirements :

Salary : RM attractive incentives
