Account Supervisor (Salary Range RM4, ,500.00)

Key Responsibilities

  • To review and educating assistance & executive accounting job
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
  • Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
  • To handle full set of accounts including SST reporting & SST return.
  • Coordinate yearly accounts closing including financial statements preparation, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.
  • Issue invoices.
  • Attend to tax & audit queries.
  • Liaise with client on matters relating to accounting & SST.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Account Manager (Salary Range RM6, ,000.00)

Key Responsibilities

  • To review, assign and educating assistance & executive accounting job.
  • Have a good understanding of the Malaysian tax regime.
  • Perform SST submission for assigned clients.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare tax computation and perform submission for personal tax clients.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of account data.
  • Advises clients on tax strategies, compensation and benefit plans and accounting systems.
  • Compiling and reviewing financial documents.
  • In charge of account receivable and payable.
  • Manage and priorities billing workload to ensure deadlines are maintained.
  • Prepare for end month closing documents.
  • Maintaining records and filling systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
  • Other ad-hoc duties (Other tasks assigned by management).

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM5, RM8,000.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
