Job descriptionTo review, assign and educating assistance & executive accounting job. Have a good understanding of the Malaysian tax regime. Perform SST submission for assigned clients. Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare tax computation and perform submission for personal tax clients. Ensure consistency and accuracy of account data. Advises clients on tax strategies, compensation and benefit plans and accounting systems. Compiling and reviewing financial documents. In charge of account receivable and payable. Manage and priorities billing workload to ensure deadlines are maintained. Prepare for end month closing documents. Maintaining records and filling systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies Other ad-hoc duties (Other tasks assigned by management).
Account Supervisor (Salary Range RM4, ,500.00)
Key Responsibilities
- To review and educating assistance & executive accounting job
- Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
- To handle full set of accounts including SST reporting & SST return.
- Coordinate yearly accounts closing including financial statements preparation, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.
- Issue invoices.
- Attend to tax & audit queries.
- Liaise with client on matters relating to accounting & SST.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
