Business Development Representative — EV Sun

We are building a dedicated team to expand our reach and accelerate adoption of our cutting-edge sterilisation lighting technology.

The impact you’ll make

You will be the face of EV Sun to potential clients—identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, educating them on the value of our solutions, and closing sales that directly grow our presence in healthcare and food industry

What you’ll do

  • Identify and target clinics (GP, dental, aesthetic, specialist, day surgery) across your Klang Valley area
  • Engage clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers with clear, consultative presentations of EV Sun’s sterilization lighting solution.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : from prospecting and pitching, to negotiation, quotation, and closing.
  • Deliver product demonstrations (onsite / virtual) showing safety, efficiency, and ROI of our solutions.
  • Handle objections around pricing, certification, and operational disruption with confidence.
  • Build long-term relationships with clinics to drive upsell, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns, materials, and events for lead generation.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and competitor offerings in clinic infection control.

Qualifications :

  • 2–5 years’ experience in direct sales, field sales, or business development (healthcare, medical equipment, healthtech, or B2B solutions preferred).
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Tamil a plus.
  • Consultative, problem-solving sales style—able to explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Resilient, persuasive, and driven by results.
