About the Role
We are seeking a Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead / Manager to take ownership of the company's online business.
With a strong offline business presence, the company is now ready to rebuild its e-commerce and digital marketing division to strengthen its online brand presence and grow online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild and expand the company's e-commerce presence across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and the company's webstore.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversion leads.
- Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and online campaigns to optimize engagement and boost sales conversion rates.
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze marketing and sales performance data to track conversion funnels, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a small internal e-commerce team as the business scales.
Who Were Looking For
5-8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.Strong understanding of Malaysias online retail platforms : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.Strategic yet hands-on capable of setting up and optimizing full e-commerce operations.Experience in FMCG, herbal, or health-related industries is an advantage.Excellent analytical, creative, and leadership skills.Language proficiency : Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English .Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.What We Offer

拥有 5-8 年电商运营或数字营销实战经验。熟悉马来西亚主要线上零售平台:Shopee、Lazada、TikTok、Facebook 及 Instagram。具备战略思维并能亲自执行,能够建立和优化完整的电商运营体系。具有快速消费品(FMCG)、草本或健康相关行业经验者优先。优秀的分析能力、创造力及领导力。语言能力:能熟练使用华话、粤语及英语进行沟通。责任心强,具备高度主动性。我们提供
