Overview

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA are currently looking to hire a E-commerce Executive . The job duties include planning and executing marketing campaigns in designated E-commerce portfolio, maximizing brand exposure in online retail space and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial / marketing campaigns in online marketplaces / platforms.
  • Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Merge eCommerce implementation and branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Basic understanding in data and competitive analysis related to key metrics within the e-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in online marketplaces / platforms.
  • Liaise and maintain good relationships with marketplaces to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Responsible for monthly / campaign reports, analysis reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with graphic designer by preparing a creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.
  • Provide customer support on product inquiries, live chat and after sales services.
  • Assist and maintain overall Ecommerce Operation Readiness based on metrics shared and aligned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in International Business / Economics / Business Administration / Mass Communication or any relevant field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in E-commerce, marketing or in the retail industry.
  • Experience in E-commerce marketplaces or exposure in luxury retail is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
