1) Account Executive

Job Description :

• Perform day to day accounting operations.
• Assist in monthly costing and update pricing in accounting system
• Checking and posting of all invoices from suppliers, to ensure the accuracy and timelines for month end closing.
• Presentation of timely, accurate monthly accounts and analyses for management review
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
• Assist in monthly payment processing including supplier payment, employee claims etc
• Ability to handle full set of account is an added advantage
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
• Ensure proper filling of all documents.
• Assist in monthly stock count, yearly stock takes and deal with auditors.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
