Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, month‑end closing and monthly management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of company accounts in compliance with governing standards and regulations.
• Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
• Support superiors in managing, organizing and allocating the month‑end tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and generate reliable reporting.
• Prepare and ensure reconciliation schedule is properly prepared.
• Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes and journals for verification.
• Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book is updated.
• Assist in liaising with company secretary, auditor, bankers, suppliers and authorities on all finance‑related matters.
• Close monthly accounts and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
• Process urgent requests when required.
• Perform other related assignments / projects as assigned by superior.
