Client Relationship Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in premium client servicing within the banking / financial industry , with the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin and English to support our growing base of Chinese clients.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for clients across all products.
• Manage onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Anticipate and address client needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
• Proactively cross-sell relevant products and services based on client profiles.
• Maintain client records, communication logs, and service reports.
• Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, including appreciation initiatives and relationship-building activities.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and service delivery.
• Ensure all client interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and upholding compliance standards.
