Responsibilities :

To lead, initiate, monitor, negotiate and supervise the team members of the department;
To contribute positively to achieving sales and collections target;
To carry out daily task and handle customers' and suppliers' issues;
To promote to our existing and prospective customers about our products;
To maintain monthly sales and marketing reports against yearly budget;
To coordinated with account department, production department and shipping department for incoming / outgoing containers;
To prepare and process sales orders and purchase orders, and to ensure goods deliveries as requested by customers / suppliers;
To increase number of suppliers and customers
To visit customers and suppliers local and / or overseas;
To prepare yearly budget;
To initial and handle new projects before assigning to assistant
