sales and marketing executive

Responsibilities :

• To lead, initiate, monitor, negotiate and supervise the team members of the department;
• To contribute positively to achieving sales and collections target;
• To carry out daily task and handle customers' and suppliers' issues;
• To promote to our existing and prospective customers about our products;
• To maintain monthly sales and marketing reports against yearly budget;
• To coordinated with account department, production department and shipping department for incoming / outgoing containers;
• To prepare and process sales orders and purchase orders, and to ensure goods deliveries as requested by customers / suppliers;
• To increase number of suppliers and customers
• To visit customers and suppliers local and / or overseas;
• To prepare yearly budget;
• To initial and handle new projects before assigning to assistant
