Position : Finance cum Admin Executive
Salary : RM 3,100 – Rm 3,500
Location : KL Eco City
Working Day : Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage the end-to-end payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly sales transactions.
- Support month – end closing activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review documentation and ensure timely follow-up for efficient payment processing. This includes handling staff claims, managing cash flow, and assisting with withholding tax submissions.
- Handle financial correspondence and maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Administrative Duties
Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of supplies and coordination of maintenance services.Manage general administrative email account and correspondence professionally.Assist in scheduling meetings, compiling stakeholder presentation material and booking meeting room, and arranging meals for staff meetings.Liaise with building management / service providers to resolve office facility issues.Maintain organized filing and documentation for administrative records.Support other ad-hoc administrative duties as required by management.Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and administrative functions.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with SAP is an added advantage.A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
