Retail Assistant

Job Responsibility We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and commitment to creating a positive shopping experience. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards. Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, benefits, and care instructions. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and participating in regular stock counts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for retail.
