Job Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and participating in regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
