Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or system platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of shipment documentation (invoices, delivery orders, airway bills, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Update customers on shipment status, delays, or changes, ensuring proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with shipment and service details.
  • Assist in resolving service issues and escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Prepare simple reports on customer feedback and service performance.
  • Learn and apply company systems, processes, and logistics workflows.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about logistics operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
