2. Content & Creative Support
Collaborate with content / creative teams to make sure influencer content aligns with campaign strategy and brand voice.
Assist in briefing creative concepts, reviewing influencer-content drafts.
Coordinate production logistics : scheduling shoots, ensuring assets (photos, videos) are delivered and uploaded.
3. Admin & Operations
Handle payment forecasting and budgeting for influencer fees and campaign-related expenses.
Maintain records : agreements, invoices, deliverables. Ensure timely payment processing (50% upfront, balance post-campaign where applicable).
Support daily office tasks : respond to emails, manage vendor or influencer registrations, prepare internal reports.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Generate regular reports for management : insights, lessons learned, ideas for optimization.
Suggest new angles or content pillars based on performance data.
Requirements
Experience : 2-3 years in influencer coordination or admin related work field.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Malay.
Organizational Skills : Meticulous with follow-ups, deadlines, contracts. Ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Tech Savvy : Comfortable using platforms / tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, XERO, BrioHR, tools for influencer tracking (e.g. spreadsheets or specialist software).
Personal Traits : Initiative-driven, problem solver, good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and detail oriented.
